IMPORTANT DATES

​​July 2026

​- Tuesday, 7/15 -If choosing to withdraw from MAP for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year,

today is the deadline to receive a 75% refund of your tuition deposit.
- Monday, 7/20- MAP Summer Homework - Enrolled families will receive an email from

annette@medfieldafterschoolprogram.com with time sensitive information including: required

paperwork, open house dates, and more. If you do not receive this email, please check your

spam folder and contact Annette annette.map@comcast.net.

August 2026

-Monday 8/3 - Child Information forms due back to MAP. Jump Start Families also need to send

their child's developmental history and a copy of their most recent physical. MAP Special Sign Up

for the Early Opening for children in K-3rd grade due today!

- Thursday 8/13 - If choosing to withdraw from MAP for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, today is the deadline to receive a 50% refund of your tuition deposit. All SCHEDULE CHANGES must be emailed to Annette by today. No changes will be processed between August 14 – September 14

-Friday, 8/14 - If withdrawing from MAP after today, tuition deposits are non-refundable and first tuition payments are due in full. Tuition invoices will be emailed out today and are due 9/1. Tuition payments can be made via ACH or check. 

- Monday, 8/17 - The Special Sign Up for the non-school day, Monday, September 21 will be emailed today.  MAP will be open 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.  Families enrolled on Mondays have priority, and there is limited space. The deadline to sign up is 8/31/2026.

- Monday 8/31 - MAP Early Opening for children in grades K-3 - prior sign up was required to attend.  MAP is Open 8:00am to 6:00 p.m.  Deadline to sign up for the 9/21/2026 non school day. 

September 2026

-Tuesday 9/1 - MAP Early Opening for children in grades K-3 - prior sign up was required to attend. MAP is Open 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. 

-Wednesday 9/2 -First Day of School grades 1-12 - MAP Early Opening for K- prior sign up was required to attend. MAP is Open 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. 

Thursday, 9/3 - MAP Early Opening for K- prior sign up was required to attend. MAP is Open 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. 

Friday, 9/4 - Early Release Day - If it is your child's normal day to attend MAP, we will be expecting them  There is no special sign up or extra charge for the extended coverage. If your child will not be coming, please make sure to let us know. All children need to come to MAP with a lunch, water bottle. MAP Early Opening for K- prior sign up was required to attend. MAP is Open 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. 

Monday 9/7 - No School - MAP Closed - Enjoy the long weekend!

Monday, 9/21 - No School - MAP Special Sign Up Day

​Schedule Change Policy:

• All schedule changes must be submitted in writing (email accepted)
• Changes for the start of the school year must be submitted by August 13
  
• No changes will be processed between August 14 – September 14
  
• Beginning September 1, families may request changes effective after September 14
  
• After September 15, two weeks’ written notice is required to make a schedule change or withdraw
